Terms of Use

End-user license agreement · Effective October 14, 2026 · Last updated October 14, 2026

These terms govern use of SIG Shop Hub (the "Shop Hub"), the internal business system of Strand Industrial Group LLC, doing business as SIG Design Build ("SIG"). By signing in, you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use it

The Shop Hub is for SIG employees and contractors whom SIG has given an account. Accounts are personal: do not share your sign-in or let anyone else use your session. SIG may change or end access at any time. When employment or a contract ends, SIG ends that person's access and active sessions and revokes their connected-service authorizations.

2. Permitted use

Use the Shop Hub only for SIG work and only within the access your role allows. In particular, do not:

3. Monitoring

The Shop Hub is a company system. SIG records activity in it, such as who created, changed, approved or sent a record, and may review that activity for business, security and legal reasons. Do not expect personal privacy for activity in the Shop Hub or in company accounts connected to it. Information about you is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Connected services

The Shop Hub can connect to SIG's QuickBooks Online company and to your SIG Microsoft 365 work account. Those services are provided by Intuit and Microsoft under their own terms. Connecting your mailbox lets the Shop Hub act on it only as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can disconnect at any time.

5. Confidentiality and ownership

SIG's records in the Shop Hub, including client, project, pricing, estimating and financial records, along with the Shop Hub's software, workflows and formulas, belong to SIG and are confidential. Material that others provide to SIG, such as client drawings and vendor documents, remains the property of its owners; SIG holds it under its agreements with them, and you must keep it confidential as well. These confidentiality duties continue after your access ends.

Nothing in these terms limits your right to discuss or disclose your own wages or other terms and conditions of employment, to discuss wages with coworkers or others, to report possible violations of law to a government agency, or to take any other action protected by law.

6. Accuracy

Some features suggest values automatically, such as amounts read from receipts or check images, or tax rates looked up by address. Review suggested values before relying on them; you remain responsible for the records you save, send or approve.

7. Availability

SIG works to keep the Shop Hub available and its data backed up, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, SIG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

8. Changes

SIG may update the Shop Hub and these terms. When the terms change, the date at the top changes, and material changes are announced in the Shop Hub or by email before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
